HAPPY EASTER!!

Okay this is the last of my Easter Goodie posts.. I made this fun project for my Preschoolers. Easter is such an amazing time in our lives as we celebrate Jesus dying and being raised from the dead. It is because of that very act in history that we can live as we do today!

I hope you enjoy these fun little gifts!! The most amazing thing is the total cost of this gift was around: $1.30 each, can you believe it!! I love a good deal!

I got these HUGE coloring books at our local dollar store, these pictures don't do the size of them any justice. They are GINORMOUS!! I found the sparkly crosses in the clearance bin at our local Joann's, and the crayons were purchased before the school year started.

I just added a couple punches and Happy Easter! I just know the kiddos will LOVE these!!

Easter Made Simple...

This little container is for a special friend to our family! I can't say her name just in case she checks this... LOL!!

This is yet again a SIMPLE treat container I found in the Target Dollar Spot and just added a little ribbon & rub-on. Don't look at the rub-on to closely, I made a boo boo. Yes, even I made boo boo's from time to time.

Isn't my bunny model adorable? I have two Easter baskets for Drew this year just in case I am in labor this weekend, as I have already made up his Easter basket, so he needs another one to go on the Easter Egg hunt...always prepared!!

Easter Week Continues....

This fun little goodies were not only made for Drew's classmates, but also for my MOPS Steering team. Since we are moving to Dallas in a month I am in a REAL need to downsize all my extras. So, I got the jelly beans on sale and found a pack of these small cello bags unopened...add a little Easter grass and poof... and cute little treat!

I also used the Scallop Circle, 1 1/4" Circle, and 1/8" Handheld Circle Punches. Plus one of my favorite stamp sets in the catalog...Pun Fun!

Quick POST...for Fun!

Hello Stampers!!

This is just a quick post as I work on editing some other pics to put up! Here are some fun ribbons I threw together for my MDO Preschooler's birthdays. I found these ribbons on clearance (less than $1) at JoAnns. With just a couple punches, ribbon, and a stamp...POOF, there you go Birthday ribbons. I also glued some pins on the back so they can be worn, our kiddos LOVE them!

This is the first of many things I am working for my big office clean out! I set a goal to work through all the goodies I bought in dollar bins over the years and I am slowly getting on track.

Stay tuned later in the week for a REALLY fun project I did!!

Here is your final post for my Valentine's goodies. First up, is Drew's Valentine, hand print provided by Drew...LOL!! We just made a couple of these for grandparents & teachers. I was just happy I actually got some made this year. Maybe I am turning a corner????

This is the Valentine's Drew gave to his teachers, will a little chocolate!!

Finally, this was a special Valentine for Drew's FAVORITE Jamie!!

Valentine's Treats PART II!!

Okay here is round TWO!! As you can see they are not fancy, but by just adding some ribbon and a tag you can create a simple yet SWEET gift for someone.

This first one was a cute little set of stamps & candy necklaces I found in the Target $1 Bin for my Preschool Boys. They LOVED them!

Nothing fancy here, just some yummy chocolate with some designer series paper, ribbon, & a tag. I made this for our Preschool Director from Drew.

Valentine's Treats PART I!!

I am so excited to finally be getting my stamp office in order! Maybe it is a nesting thing, I don't know. Over the next couple days I am going to share some quick and easy Valentine's treats I made with help from Drew, for various peeps. I hope you enjoy these, sometimes simple IS better!!

This first set was for my MOPS Leadership Gals!

These fun lollipop's were picked out by Drew for his favorite Gals in Dallas!

I FINALLY DID IT!!

I finally did it! I have had some Definitely Decorative products just sitting in my stamp office because I wasn't sure I wanted to use them in our current house, but as I reorganizing and downsizing my office I thought to myself..."WHY NOT?" So, here is my first one:

This was pretty easy to put up, however since it was a little older some of the letters stuck to the paper. The beauty of it was I was still able to peel them off the paper (where they were stuck) and put them on the wall. All in all it worked, but don't look at the lopsided "A." I LOVE rub-on's and these are just bigger versions of them.. LOL!!

I also have a train I am putting on my son's bedroom door, you will have to wait a bit on that one since I didn't space it right, so I need to buy another set to make a LONGER train.. Oops!

HIGHLIGHT of BLOGS..

Thank you all for your patience as I get ready for this new little boy to arrive in just 10 weeks.. I have lots of goals to accomplish, stamping included. So, I am putting my challenge to myself on here so you can all hold me accountable. We need to downsize our "STUFF..." LOL! Over the years I have bought tons of stuff and I clearly remember saying "Oh, I know I can make something cute with this." Well, that stuff has definitely accumulated and been made into NOTHING. So, my goal over the next few months is to do just that, make OH SO CUTE THINGS with my dollar store purchases.. As I get my office organized as well as the house I will be creating projects for gifts and classes, then I will share them with you. I am nervous about the challenge, but it will be good for me...

First up, I wanted to share some of the blogs I just added to my blog roll on the right... these are blogs from my Stamp Team members, so if you get a moment check them out! They are all creative ladies and I am blessed to know them!

A GIFT to my HUBBY!

I wanted to do something special for my hubby this year since it was our 10th Christmas together. We really didn't do much on our anniversary, so I thought it is NOW or never. One of my hidden talents is writing poems, well I thought... Hmmmm.. what if I wrote a poem to the tune of the 12 days of Christmas. Anyhow, that is just what I did, guess you have to know my crazy brain, LOL!!

I hope you get a kick out of this!!

I got the frame at the $1 store here and used a mix of supplies. I actually took the picture as well, check out my photography blog here.

I know the poem is hard to read, so if you want to know what it says here you go:

THE Gift of BAKING!!

Okay these are not really stamped, but I wanted to quickly share another gift I put together for the Pastor's at our church from the MOPS program.

For those of you who know me well, you know I HATE baking. I would rather make a huge meal then bake. So, don't think tons of hours went into these because that would not be true. Needless to say the Pastor's were not complaining! It is the thought and for me and more importantly THE PRESENTATION!!!
